SEI Extends Relationship With Key Capital to Include Private Equity Operations Outsourcing

SEI to Support Fund of Private Equity Fund Offering With Operational Infrastructure and Sophisticated Reporting Technology

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES--(Marketwire - May 23, 2012) - SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC) today announced that it has extended its relationship with Key Capital Investment Management Limited to include an operational outsourcing solution for the firm's private equity business. Key Capital's private equity offering is designed to provide family offices and high-net-worth private clients with exposure to a pre-identified list of Europe's leading private equity firms including Apax, Cinven, CVC, Equistone, and Permira. The extension of SEI's services is in recognition of the company's cutting-edge technology, strong service model, and global reputation and presence.

Under the agreement, SEI will provide a full range of services for Key Capital's private equity business including accounting, administration services, treasury, LP/investor servicing, Irish trustee and custodial services, data management, and performance reporting. Key Capital will also utilise SEI's Manager Dashboard tool, which provides managers with flexible, transparent, and aggregated views of their data across all their investment products and asset classes. Other critical factors in Key Capital's decision were SEI's Investor Dashboard, a reporting website that facilitates greater communication and transparency with investors and partners, along with SEI's extensive private equity experience.

"We chose to work with SEI for our new private equity offering because they have already proven to be a strong partner for us," said Kyran McStay, Managing Director, Key Capital. "SEI's full suite of services together with its reliable and intuitive reporting system provides us with the flexibility and transparency that we need. As we will be working with a number of leading European private equity firms, SEI's experience in private equity was a key differentiating factor. Additionally, given our sophisticated investor base, we are confident that SEI's reporting and technology capabilities deliver the level of operational quality they demand."

"Key Capital and its partners expect the highest quality infrastructure and we are committed to delivering that," said Philip Masterson, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, SEI's Investment Manager Services division. "We have built a reputation as an outsourcing leader across a variety of investment products and asset classes by providing our clients with the infrastructure, stability, and transparency they need to better serve their clients. We are excited to expand our relationship with Key Capital and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow and evolve their business."
