HONG KONG--(Marketwire - August 24, 2012) - Bruno Wang, a lifelong supporter and aficionado of anime, music, sports, theater and other performing arts all over the world, has arrived in Hong Kong with Mrs. Wang and is ready to take in the experience that is Comic World 34 that runs through this weekend in this historic and legendary place. Mr. Wang is prepared to see several exhibits and presentations with other fans of these forms of expression from around the world.
Comic World 34 opens on August 25 and runs through the next day in Hong Kong, and it will be held at the Kowloonbay Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibit Center. The event is one of the largest of its kind and the event's planners are expecting to be host to thousands of guests from different parts of the world. As a result, two entire exhibition halls at the host facility have been reserved and filled with exhibits and stages.
Attendees of Comic World 34 who will be joining Bruno Wang and Mrs. Wang at the event in Hong Kong will be able to enter the facility at 11:30 a.m. The event will run until 8 p.m. Shuttle buses will be available for people who may not be staying immediately adjacent to the exhibition hall, and attendees can enjoy the event for $30 if a person is a student or an adult or for $15 for children and senior citizens.
Comic World 34 continues with a tradition and history that got its start in 1998. In present times, three different countries are host to these events, including Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. Bruno Wang has attended all of these different events, and each is considered the Comiket of its country. These events are held on a biannual basis.
